USCS' warehouse management system (WMS) is an advance, proprietary fully-automated system that integrates warehouse activities for shipping/receiving, inventory management, product rotation and order selection. Among other features, it directs product put-away based on warehouse zoning (product temperature, order pick and shipping criteria) ensuring efficient handling and retrieval, and safe storage.
USCS WMS also features TaskmasterTM, an enhanced event-driven custom application that incorporates radio frequency transmission with bar code scanning to track and report warehouse activities. Taskmaster organizes work activities making the most efficient use of time and resources by automatically assigning tasks based on programmable priorities. Tracking information is used for ongoing productivity analysis and to improve workforce efficiency.
