USCS TMS®

United States Cold Storage employs a proprietary transportation management system, USCS TMS® , which effectively plans and monitors the hundreds of shipping activities going on at our facilities around the nation everyday.

With USCS TMS®, we are able to provide highly effective outbound freight consolidation (LTL shipping) services, truckload management programs, freight rate analysis, and distribution network analysis and optimization. The system facilitates carrier management, coordinates appointment scheduling with shipping activities and carrier payment.USCS TMS® also interfaces with other USCS information systems for accurate customer order information, delivery of EDI transactions sets and real-time reporting through all stages of the transportation management process.
